Kudos to our dedicated providers for meeting their Uniform Data System (UDS) Clinical Quality Measure goals for the first quarter of 2025. Their commitment to delivering high-quality care continues to positively impact the communities we serve.
Ms. Jiminez-Gonzalez, APRN, a clinician at our Clewiston Center, successfully met multiple clinical quality measures, including childhood immunizations, child and adolescent weight, adult BMI screening, tobacco use screening, HIV screening, and depression screening. Her comprehensive approach to preventive care is truly commendable.
In our Fort Pierce location, Dr. Saint Amand, DDS, met the measures for dental sealants and tobacco use screening, ensuring both oral health and overall wellness for patients. At the Fred Brown Children’s Health Center, Dr. Elizabeth Joseph Ortega, DMD, and Dr. Yenisbel Martinez Perez, DMD, also achieved the clinical quality measures for dental sealants and tobacco use screening. Their efforts support our ongoing mission to promote early intervention and preventive care in pediatric dentistry.
We are proud to recognize these exceptional providers for their hard work and dedication to improving patient outcomes.
